Responsibilities: In 1992, started with CRS as general labor and I began my extensive restoration education. I worked in all areas of restoration from labor to superfixing to management, as the Lead Superintendent in charge of managing 25 employees. As the Lead Superintendent, my duties included the management of all the interior divisions 24 hour emergency services which included board ups, duct cleaning, mold remediation, fire and flood restoration. I was responsible with the dispatching of crews, estimating, budgeting and the super vision of the crews. I handled vehicle and equipment acquisitions and maintenance for the company. I handled material purchases for the interior division.
